Marja’s weekly classes consist of improvisation, technique, and choreography. The aim is to increase consciousness in the movement, to sharpen every dancer’s unique expression and to release the musician in a dancer. The dialogue between musicians and dancers plays an important role in the classes. There will be accompaniment in three classes during the fall semester.
The intermediate classes are for dancers who know well the basics of flamenco dance and want to strengthen their dance technique and holistic bodily expression.
The advanced classes are for experienced flamenco dancers who want to challenge themselves in terms of technique, musicality, and holistic bodily expression.
